Matthew joined Pembroke in 2005 and is a Partner and Portfolio Manager. Matt covers the Information Technology and Healthcare sectors in the US and Canada. Prior to joining Pembroke, he worked at Audax Group, a private equity firm based in Boston, and at Morgan Stanley in the firm’s mergers & acquisitions department. Matt received his Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University in 1999 and his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2005.
